Festival of couscous Tabarchino 2019

It will take place on 27 and 28 April 2019 in Carloforte the 18th edition of the "Festival of Cus Cus Tabarchino.

Also this year the famous couscous, a dish based on steam-cooked semolina harmonized with vegetables and spices, will be the prince of the two days of the festival.

It is an event organized by the C.I.A.O. of Carloforte under the patronage of the Municipality of Carloforte.
